This covers your right to use the YardWatch software itself, separate from the account/conduct rules in the Terms of Service.
License Grant
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YardWatch to search junkyard inventory and manage your own watchlist. That's it - it's not a license to resell, sublicense, or build a competing product on top of it.
What You Can't Do
- Scrape, copy, or bulk-download YardWatch's inventory data for your own use elsewhere.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code.
- Use automated tools to access the site outside of normal browsing.
Ownership
YardWatch (the software, design, and brand) belongs to us. The underlying vehicle inventory data belongs to the yards it comes from (Jalopy Jungle and Trusty Pick-A-Part) - we just organize it for you to search.
License Ends If...
This license ends automatically if you violate these terms, or when you delete your account.
